Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band founded out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is created from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his youth good friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), such as their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
